Not only is it a thoughtful treat for your loved ones and friends, but it also supports your local hospice. 100% of the proceeds directly benefit our patients, and their families and carers. Our gift cards are available in £5, £10, £15, £20, £25 & £50 denominations and can be used in our 27 high street shops, across Bath, Wiltshire and parts of Somerset. Terms and Conditions:

Our gift cards are on sale in our shops only and our Dorothy House online store.

The following terms and conditions apply to our gift cards:

• Our gift card can be used as full or part payment for any goods in Dorothy House Hospice and our online shop.
  
  
• No change or refunds will be given, however any remaining balance on the card may be applied to future purchases.
  
  
• Please look after any gift cards and treat it like cash, we cannot replace or reimburse the balance if the card is lost, stolen or damaged.
  
  
• The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. If you do not spend the entire amount on the gift card the remaining balance will be updated after each purchase and shown on your printed receipt. The balance can be used against future purchases. Card balances can also be checked in store.
  
  
• Gift cards can be used as part payment for a transaction with the balance being paid by another accepted method.
  
  
• If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for a product of lower price or a refund, any money owing will be issued as a gift card.
  
  
• Our gift cards are not for resale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  
• Our gift cards can’t be redeemed online.
  
  
• Your gift card will either expire 12 months after the date of issue or 12 months from the last transaction (which ever comes later). A transaction is a sale. Any remaining balance is cancelled on expiry. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of a card, if necessary, in return for an appropriate refund.
